Customised Stationery Process

Timescales: Typical turnaround time is 3-6 weeks

The Process for personalised designs:

• Choose your design, add your chosen items to your basket and submit the text details you would like included on your design. If you have selected to have hand lettered sections or any colour changes I will email you directly to discuss your ideas. I understand that paying up front is not the best option for everyone, if you would prefer to split your payments please do send me an email and I can arrange this.
• When I have received all the required information to create your design, I will email you an electronic proof of your design within 7 working days. If you would like to make any further changes, I provide a second pdf proof free of charge. Additional changes will need to be charged at £25 each. Please allow 3 working days for any changes to the first pdf proof. 
• Printing and Shipping. Once you have approved your proof, your design will be printed and dispatched within 10 working days.
