Ordering printed samples of wedding invitations prior to placing a full order is highly recommended and encouraged. You are welcome to order a sample kit, please email me to order a pack. Sample packs cost £5 including UK postage. Should you decide to place a full order, the price of your sample postage will be deducted from your final total.


A 30% design deposit and a signed contract is required for all invitation orders. Please be aware that once the design and/or customization process begins, this initial deposit is non-refundable. The balance of your order, minus your deposit, is due in-full before printing and assembly begins. All other items require payment in full at time of purchase.


Custom design requests are priced on an individual basis, so please contact me for a quote tailored to your specific needs.


Font and colour customizations are included in every order.


Shipping schedules may vary, depending on design requirements, proof approvals and the season. The following timelines are for UK orders and are not guaranteed. They are based on an average schedule to help you in the planning process.

• Flat printed suites | ship 2 - 3 weeks from final proof approval
• Flat printed/assembled trifold suites | ship 6-7 weeks from final proof approval

Orders are packed with care and sent via Royal Mail, with insurance and tracking.

International orders for wedding invitations are welcomed and are shipped via Royal Mail. Please be advised that the recipient is responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes and/or delivery charges. This is in addition to my shipping fees. 


Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me and I want you to be happy with your purchase! However, because my designs are custom and personalized, I do not offer refunds. If you have an issue with your order, please contact me to resolve it.



***IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU CAREFULLY CHECK YOUR DIGITAL PROOF{S} FOR SPELLING ERRORS AND OTHER MISTAKES.*** Your approved final digital proof is what goes to print, therefore, any mistakes and subsequent costs are customer’s responsibility. If an error occurs on my part, I will gladly fix it and pick up the tab.

Please check printed orders as soon as you receive them. Customer is responsible for all charges incurred if an error is found after 5 days of receipt of item, regardless of how the mistake occurred.


It is best to start the invitation design/ordering process as early as possible. Save the dates should be mailed 6-12 months prior to your wedding date and invitations 6-8 weeks prior. Please plan accordingly based on the below design and ship times.


If you would like me to hand address your invitations and envelopes, I am more than happy to do so! I can send you examples of my calligraphy work as well as a colour palette. Please note,  that hand calligraphy will be charged separately.   


COLLECTION: In the coming weeks I will be launching a range of customisable wedding suites!

CUSTOM: Custom-designed invitations require 3-6 months. After our initial consultation, you will receive 2 digital mock-ups of your invitation suite, based on your ideas, event and personal style. Your custom design includes two rounds of art edits in addition to any necessary type changes. Custom design includes the invitation, reply card and optional reception card. All other pieces are additional.

Please check proofs carefully. I also recommend having another set of eyes read your proofs for mistakes, misspellings, etc.

I put all orders through my Etsy shop as this is a really safe and secure method for both parties. 


Should you decide to cancel your order for any reason prior to printing, you will be refunded any amount you have paid, less your initial deposit if work has already begun. Any orders cancelled after the printing process has begun will not be refunded.


Please remember that computer monitors vary and the color you see on screen may not be 100% accurate.

Please note that prices listed here are for event and wedding design ONLY. Corporate/business design requires more time, research and generally, a lengthier revision/approval process, therefore pricing will be higher.
